The lack of a regulatory for courier services in India has made this business crop up like unwanted grasses everywhere ranging from small intra city to inter-city to large scale global players, and due to this missing governing regulatory they do whatever they like to as they find themselves in supreme powers.
The case here I am discussing here is with one such courier service Delhivery(SSN Logistics) who are slow as tortoise and are leaders in mishandling products and a bunch of liars sit up as customer support which when confronted back up from their own spoken words.
One of orders of Paytm.com was dispatched through Delhivery on 9th November which was scheduled for a delivery on 12th November but when it wasn’t delivered even on 13th November I started having a chat with their executives who every time repeated the same sentence as quoted "Please wait for 24 hours your delivery would be made on priority but then on 16th November the tracking was updated as "Shipment Damaged"(guess what this was a plastic container of Boost and they managed to damage it and people who drink Boost or ave seen the packages are aware of the fact that they are not easily damageable and bottles are durable); so one can imagine the kind of mishandling the packages go through when they are shipped through Delhivery.
Today evening(17th November) when I again decided to contact them as to try and figure out the reason for this mishandling, the customer support staff Vijendra Kumar again replied back with the template as "Delivery would be made within next 24 hours" when I confronted that "How does you team plan to get a damaged product delivered?" he quickly changed his stance and said he got the wrong awb tracking(how can that be possible he called me by my name after I provided him my awb; so a clear case of lying bluntly)
The next thing he said just surprised me completely because without being apologetic he said "re-order the product as we can do nothing from our end"
Now who would explain that moron that the product was bought under some special offer running on Paytm and who would compensate me for my loss?
