Delhivery’s service is just pathetic. They can’t deliver anything on time and delays can last upto weeks for no reason. They cook up completely fake reasons and have packages lying at their hubs for days instead of pushing them out for delivery. PharmEasy medicines are supplied by them but they have no understanding of the urgency of medical needs. Neither can they deliver items like clothes or shoes on time. Worst courier service I have seen EVER. For any retail companies out there - PLEASE DO NOT SHIP WITH DELHIVERY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMER BASE. Shipping with Delhivery is a sure-shot way of running your retail business to bankruptcy!
