I have purchased one modular kitchen from delite showroom
"Delite Furniture Studio (Exclusive Retail Showroom of Delite Kom Limited)
Supertech Shopprix Mall, 240-241, Ground Floor, Sector 61, Noida (U.P.)" dated "6-10-2016".
I choose Delite over other reputed brands in good faith. But, the aftersales support is very disappointing. I am facing issue in installing built-in hob.But did not get any support from delite.The point to be noted:
" I was not advised the correct dimension of hob required during consultation phase".
On contacting the concerned person from delite, i was asked to get a hob of 2 ft instead. To my surprise, the 2 ft hob is also not fitting.
When i asked the onsite technician from Delite and asked them to choose the right dimension from all the models available from "Glen". To my utter surprise, the technician advised me to get hob from another company than Glen. They claimed none of the model is compatible with space they provided for the hob.
I called technician from Glen, they advised the Delite personnel to place another PLYWOOD on top of kitchen cabinet. This will make provision for the hob. But, the Delite technician refused to accommodate the change unless someone from Delite approves it.
I tried to contact the sales person from Delite whole day. I even called your head office. But, none answered my call.
Please address my issue asap, as it is causing great inconvenience to me.
