I am using this laptop from one and half year. I am totally in love with this laptop. it has good configuration i.e. i3 processor. it is rotating 360 degrees. it is touch screen laptop. my day starts with starting on my lappy. my work starts with it. my heart lies in this laptop. I am really grateful and I am really lucky to have it. online service support is superb. whenever I had problem, I called customer care and they responded in humble manner and solved my problem. most of the problems are solved online automatically by different diagnostic test. I learnt lot of technology from internet due to fast speed of my laptop.For me, my laptop is ocean of knowledge. I could earn just because of softwares in laptop. thanks for this support. Laptop is no less than any family member to me. So many emotions are attached to my dell inspiron 11 3148 laptop. Thanks for creating such a miraculous technology.
