The laptop has problem of delay in opening windows, most of the times it is hanged and nothing can be done to it. sometimes it become to slow all the functions. I have gone through many of the problems. In my opinion it’s not as good as other brand laptops. No way that the build quality is great, it has metal body with perfect guesture. like he keypad most with handy look also don’t forget about touchpad, it is also good but not very well. sometimes I have faced problems like hanging of game which I hate most. It’s true that my most of the friends and some computer engineer friends refer me to buy another brand’s laptops than dell. finally I will tell about that please improve the performanance of it and solve the problems wich I facing right now.
