I am a dell laptop user from last 3 years and I am not too happy with it. After using a few days I mean a few months I feel that its battery being discharge shortly even after cutting down the light it will not runing for 10 min.
And one major problem is its CD drive , from the starting I feel problem in it’s cd drive. After change it 2 times from dell service centre it does not work properly. And it’s touch pad lock option is not working . And I asked about it to coustomer care office but they also can not do anything about it. And still it’s touch pad option is ot working .
