After one month of purchase I installed Windows 10 and after that the right side of the mouse became insensitive to touch. This problem was not there when I was using Ubuntu operating system which came pre installed with this device.
Then after 2 weeks the screen became blue and it showed an error indicating error in memory management. Windows offered troubleshooting but it was a no use and then I tried System restore but it didn’t help.
I reinstalled Windows 10 and after that I found out that the laptop was working only when the charger was connected , it was not turning on when it was on battery. But it is in the problem of the battery once I start the computer when connected to the charger and then I disconnect the charger the computer will run on battery for hours.
Last week when I turned on her off the computer I could hear a click sound I searched it on Google and I found out that it was a problem with the hard disk. Each time I press the key on the keyboard the letter was printed for several times. It on the laptop of hand when I turned it on it was not booting. It showed up black screen with an error message saying that boot device not found.
I had already registered myself online at Dell support assist and there I conducted a detailed check of all my hardware components and they were not able to find any Faults. Currently I have submitted the device at the customers care centre. I dont recommend this laptop to anyone.
