BAD Experience

I purchased this laptop(Dell ins. 15 3542) about year before as I was trusting this brand  "Dell " blindly in comparison to other brand but as soon as the warranty expired it started giving me several problem like the licence got expired, mouse touch pad was responding properly, the battery got permanently damage, on top of that the system was not able to read hard disk because of which I got my hard disk replaced and after I got hard replaced I started getting problem with keyboard.


etween those time I called Dell Toll free no.# for support and couple of times I didn’t get answer from them and once I got a rep. of dell on phone, he listened my problem and after that he said he is going to transfer me to technical team for assisting me better on my laptop problem so after he transferred me to another line in about a min call got disconnected and and I tried calling again and again but after that I never got any response from them . which broke my trust . I got so disappointed due to all this and I lost my trust on dell because of customer care’s toll free response.
