First Of all, This is dell. It is a name of trust among Laptops. So, You can use it very comfortably and stressless. No Problems. It has Windows 8.1 which I think better than windows 10 after using it. you can upgrade if u want. But*.1 runs more smooth than 10 version. Laptop’s build quality is very good. panels and edges are smooth. but fully made of plastic body.
but this doesn’t mean it is not durable. It is a hard device. keybad is very good and touchpad is excellent. it is full gaminfg pc with 4 gb nvidia graphics. it has a good screen quality with 180 degree view. Brightness has good levels. vivid Colors On the screen.Full natural feel. For 55k this is the only best brand u can buy with so many specifications and with a qualiy of dell.
2 Years Warranty is very good for a laptop.
Plus dell gives home support. Dell will send their representatives if any problem occurs to your system within 2 years.
but I am using it for 1 year. nothing happened till now. it has a very good sound quality too.
