I bought Dell Inspiron 15 5558 on 28 Aug 2016 at price of 49, 990. In starting performs very good but as the day pass problem start occurring.
Once the few key are stop working, than one by one also stops. I search it’s solution on google it shows that matrix of keyboard is not working properly, for verify that I run the diagnostic on laptop.
It shows nothing, according to the diagnostic result there is no problem at all. I took my bill and call to the service center. It take too much time to receive the call.
The agent seated there just told me to call me after few days without hearing my problem. So I am not satisfied with the service at all.
As the price there are many problem occurs very often so, this laptop is not preferable at all to any low budget guys.
So I should prefer you to go for HP, Lenovo laptops.
