Dell Inspiron 5558 as they say on many websites is i5 5200U. But actually, the product which I bought is i5 5250U. The main difference between them is the base clock speed.5200 has 2.2Ghz whereas 5250 has 1.6 GHz. But both can be overclocked up to 2.7 GHz. It seems to us that 5200 is better but both have almost the same performance the advantage that 5250 has is that has Intel 6000 integrated graphics whereas 5200 has Intel 5500 integrated graphics.
When it comes to performance the laptop is value for money as I mentioned I bought is at 49400 from Amazon. The only issue I faced is the warranty I bought it on 23 April 2016 but the warranty is from 29 September 2015 but I have been assured that the warranty will be corrected. I have received a two-year warranty, which is cool.
It has got dedicated graphics of 920M 2 GB NVIDIA and it can handle latest games quite easily. It has a good battery backup of 7 hrs. The only con that you will find is the weight which is 2.2 Kg. It seems a bit heavy.
All in all, it is best for the price which I have bought which is 49400. If you get it at this price them don’t waste time thinking about it just grab it.
