I am using this laptop from the last 4 months. I know about its performance and reliability. this is true review my friends.
Userfriendly —this laptop is userfriendly and provides a great interface to the user. the mouspad and the keyboard are amazing to use.
Reliability and satisfaction —if I consider this laptop for playing hames and other heavy stuff than this laptop is not reliable from my point of view. the heating problem will stop the processor.
when I play games I need to put the charger otherwise if I play the game on battery , the game will run slowly.
so thats why I am not satisfied with laptop.
Value for money — this is not a value for money product. for gaming purpose this is of no use. dont spend money on this.
service and support — the service and support of dell is very slow. when I told company about this heating problem and hang problem, company is like we will send a engineer to your house and look into the processor.
