This laptop is quite heavy to carry and touchpad sensitivity is too high. Sometimes it doesn’t take double click on the trackpad hence there is a clickable button on the entire touchpad area which is a good option. Display quality is good. Durability can be doubted if used in rough manner like me. Performance depend upon how much ram you use for me it still hangs while boot up with 16gb Ram and 1 TB HDD with almost 700 GB free space. Battery drains very fast and also customer service support is pathetic. Front camera sensor is also ok neither good nor bad. To sum up I would say this laptop is good for basic use.
