Every thing is average in this laptop nothing special at this price point . the laptop is not that user friendly. I can only say that it is reliable although I am not satisfied with this laptop the ram is normal and the graphics are also normal but many games can not be run in this laptop so if you are a gamer then you doesn’t like it . the customer service and support is the worst . dell have never good service and support overall I can say that it is not the value for money
