Dear everyone, today I would like to share my experience on this product dell Inspiron laptop.
I had purchased this product from a dealer in my city. When I loaded my laptop, the screen displayed a message system failure and got blanked for two hours.
I contacted the dealer and mentioned to him about the product. He than took the laptop to check it. After two days he returned the peice to me in good condition. I used the laptop for two weeks but it would not respond at times to me quickly. I than called the service centre, those people are horrible, they didn’t reply to me for a week. Slowly the laptop started giving me major problems. I again spoke to the centre and told them about it. They called for a service request and serviced the laptop and gave me as it was in warranty. Sadly in two weeks time the Ram got damaged and it would cost me almost half the price. I decided to give it away as a scrap. Its not worth the money, please don’t buy this product
