I have exented the warranty every year for almost 5 years and that is the must do thing when you go for inspiron 15 models because if you don do it then the cost of repair is very huge and you can buy a mini laptop in it ??.
In the very first year the motherboard of my laptop got damaged for two times and the CD drive also got damaged one time. But the SERVICE of the DELL support is very good I got it replaced without any hassle. They dont ask many questions and I have also got the battery replaced by just complanting ovrr the phone.
As compared to Lenovo and HP service the Dell customer service after sales is very good I could say.
But as you can see I have changed the main parts of the laptop many times so the Product Quality and relability needs to be improved by Dell.
