I tell u about this laptop. Its is bad bad
am very upset at Dell right now. I received my new 700.00 dell inspiron 15-5558 4 days ago. I was thrilled about the keyboard lighing up when I am in the near dark. It worked for 3 days. Now I called tech support to find out how to fix it and they tell me the cannot unless I buy a softgware warantee. WHAT? this is iunder a warrantee for 1 year which would end October 2017. I just may have to return it for a replacement. This is my fifth laptop from Dell. I can’t believe it has come down to this, misrepresenting their product. Somebody from dell please respond. So please not buy this laptop
