I have used Acer and Sony, Now I bought Dell inspiron 1525 18 months back, and tilll now I have not faced any problem it is working fine, I am loving it.
I suggested to my friend to buy and now he is also happy customer of 1525, Great laptop with Value for Money!
Only One problem in Inspiron 1525 is that the hinges of screen will come out, But I fixed it with some bucks.
You just have to Careful while Operating the screen hinges and In new series I think they have fixed the problem .
