I ordered DELL INSPIRON 1564 , 3 months ago and today I am going to share my past 3 month experience with you all.
The quality of the laptop is as same as that of a cheap laptop which you can easily buy for around 15000-20000rs , You will be not at all happy after playing around 60000rs for this laptop after seeing quality.
custom Service - The Dell customer service is worst they will surely not listed to your complaint till the time you don’t call them and tell your problem 5-6 time atleast.
The staff at customer service is rude and do not respond to you mistake politely.
About laptop- the laptop comes with a very powerful processor and you can easily enjoy games and working on it , but after using it for 2-3 hrs the laptop heats alot and its not comfortable to keep on lap its so warm
Overall- overall I would like to rate the laptop 2/5 keeping all my point’s in mind
And will recommend everyone to go for HP laptop at this price range are far better.
