First of all I’d Like to start of by saying how happy I was when I purchased this laptop as it was My first laptop and I was very excited, when I said It was My first laptop it is understood that I didn’t know much about laptops then.
Over time and usage I’ve come to learn Alot about the functions and specifications necessary for a teenager and a youngsters needs.
This Dell in terms of user interface is very simple and user friendly though a Little too much of digging into the files you’ll be lost so lets not get too deep there
Basic needs of Microsoft office, Adobe, browser, Social media, Small games and entertainment are well served for by the 15R.
This has Served me for over 13 months now no need for service or anything timely updates and this is very reliable in that matter no hardware or software break down though it tends to heat up, now tell me which laptop doesn’t heat up so there no complaint either.
Mine being the core i7, 8gb ram is bit expensive I paid 65, 000 for it which was a little too much for the features so value for money is where this laptop failed.
13months now I’ve started to see a lag and a few bugs coming up the service centre is a place I don’t want to go to a I don’t have the time for it yet I’d say over all a good laptop but the two main factors which matter to a 20 year old like me that is value for money and service and support lacked and on that basis this laptop took a big hit
I wish they could service it at my house but their company tech support isn’t up for that
