Firstly, right now I am using the same computer, its fasts easy to use but it also depends on the graphic card installed on the system. If you are thinking of using the laptop only for office or college or for schooling purpose then it has no problem whatsoever. But if you are a computer engineering student then you need to run powerful softwares like AutoCad, Matlab etc. so this computer will give you a good platform to use this softwares. Because my computer has a processor of i5 7th gen and has an external graphic card of 4gb which makes it even more awesome. It had fantabulous display of realtec HD display which makes it more special, and the spill resistant keyboard which is also a plus point for this laptop.
For gamers I would not recommend them to buy this laptop because is not a gaming laptop, high graphic games games like FIFA 17 or Assassins Creed Syndicate might lag. So, its preferable for gamers not to buy this type of less price laptops. Because gaming laptops are different and are of very high price.
But for working purpose and for a little bit of gaming this would be the best laptop, cause I am also a big Game lover and all games that I have played till now have not lagged and the graphic and display quality is so good as mentioned above that it will give you a very good feeling about the game. Games like Fifa 16 and Assassins Creed run in my laptop so don’t take any pressure about it.
If you are buying this laptop listening to my review then I can guarantee you that you are not going to waste your money, and I am ensuring you that you are spending your money which will be of great use to in future. If you are using it with care then you can use it for roughly 4-5 years, which is a long time frame.
Now something about Dell service and support, according to me they are the best in business this is because I had use lenovo before this and I this is why I know how a customer is taken cared of in case of any problem. The customer people are very very helpful and this is why I think they have made so much name in worldwide.
