Hi friends I have used the laptop for the last one month and writing this review. After using it over a month I’ll further add some points. Pros: Thats model is a most selling PC of Dell on the basis of cost.Its performance is very well. Overall fast and fluid performance. 2 channel RAM( 8 GB* 2) So, you can expand upto 16 GB and also have 4GB AMD R5 graphics which is very well. Good sound quality. Comes with preloaded windows 10 O/S and absolute security( windows deffender) . Full HD display. Runs 4K videos without lag Backlit keyboard, you can turn it off also. Gaming performance is good overall.( I have run NFS rivals and experienced no lag playing at 1080p) 9.Dell always give good home service of consumer. Cons: I think every product have some defect and defects of this PC are following. Heating issue- Generally the PC generates a lot of heat while playing very high end games with graphics settings. In my case while playing NFS rivals the temperature goes to 80degree Celsius( checked in bios settings) . Still found no issues. Shouldn’t comment about battery life after 2 days, so I’m avoiding it. At last I want to share one of my personal experience. At first I bought the same model but while playing games it got heated up and get switched off after merely 10 minutes, but now I have replaced it and got smooth performance till now. So I recommend you to install a high end game and check the heating issue after getting the packet. 3.Dell PC has always one problem it gives us in automotive mode in all settings and when we use laptop it goes to auto updating and behave like hank and we scared but, that’s not a defect it’s only a setting. So, all new users when you use this laptop first of all change setting auto to manual.thank you
