I’ve had this dell laptop for 6 months and it is wonderful. Easy to set up and use with windows 8.1. And I’m not very computer savvy. I used dell support a couple of times but other than that, I did the rest on my own.
The other day I was using my dell laptop at our kitchen island/breakfast bar and I had it plugged in to charge. My sandal caught the cord when I stood up and the laptop flew up in the air and 5 feet away, and proceeded to smash to the floor.
Easy to use the product, quality wise its very good but little expensive to service also good but have improv during time
