I’ve used Dell for more than 2 years, to include three personal laptops. I keep buying them because of the wide array of selection of options, as well as the ease of use. There may be brands that are less expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for, and Dell has been consistently reliable. The customer service is outstanding. Just last month I had an issue with my laptop, which was still under warranty, and it was completely repaired and updated in five days with no charge. As far as I’m concerned, there is no other computer brand that’s comparable. I would say that my twenty years’ of consistently excellent experience with Dell at home for personal computing and at work speaks for itself. And don’t forget that continuing customer service and technical support is outstanding.
