I am using this laptop from around 2 years the first year went great with this dell inspiron n5010 but after that the performance of laptop started decreasing.
It has i3 processor which is not bad but laptop hangs a lot especially when playing games it freezes and all my game progress go down so this laptop is not for games so don’t go for it.
Its for office use only the hard disk is 500gb so its average . Looks are not that good .well quality is good but performance wise its very dull so I would not recommend this laptop instead buy other of sony or samsung
