Dell laptops are very smooth and good to use. But model Inspiron N 5010 is quite not well. This is very costly as compare to other laptops in the market. I am using this laptop since very long time and when I bought this laptop on the same month speakers of laptop are burst. This laptop has only one good thing and that’s it’s keyboard.
Battery drainage is another issue with the laptop. You have to change the battery after use of 6 months. So I personally say that do not go for this model. Dell is very good company but not for this model. Take a test before using this model.
Service and support of dell is good but time consuming process. First you have to go to dell service centre, fill up the form and then they will check the issues in front of you and will keep the laptop for more than a month.
