I am using this laptop since 5 years and I have faced problem only once that was battery problem, after replacing battery everything again was smooth. Dell is one the most trusted brand when it comes to laptop and desktop. Performance wise you can play very heavy games without even lagging and display of it is also very good. It hardly hands and do not give any maintenance cost for atleast 2 to 3 years.
The design of it is very stylish as well as rough so it won’t get damaged easily. The tech support of dell is very friendly and professional and then even provide you with extended warranty of the laptop. The speaker quality of this laptop is very good.
