I have worked here as a customer care executive for few months. I have been recruited here not directly by Dell. I see the Dell campus in Hyderabad very amazing. It’s a huge campus. The salary are pretty good for the on-rolls not for the one recruited by the third person. Job security depends on the performance of the employee. Career growth which I do not see very fast. It takes pretty long time. What I like the environment and the extra curricular activities and the Fito that takes place is really different. I like the casualness in dress code and the floor as well. Coming to work it is pressured and the same the entertainment while doing work is what I enjoyed there.
