Dell have provided some of the best laptops in the market and I agree with the fact they are really good at manufacturing of laptops and desktops but unfortunately my experience was totally different as I once bought an assembled laptop from them really disappointed me.
I was looking for a new laptops but all the configurations were either not upto my needs or sometimes they had those specifications but some unnecessary things that made it costly so I thought of buying an assembled laptop from them according to my specifications.
I bought a laptop from them with 650gb of hard drive i7 4th gen with Amd redone and other specifications for 50000. They agreed to sell me an assembled laptop.
But the product I received was not that bad it was still a better laptop than many of the others in the market but it was not powerful enough for its price. It was heating up like crazy. The exhaust system was making sound a lot of times and was turning in after every 5 minutes and that was really frustrating.
For an i7 processor it was booting up very slowly. I checked using the software tools. The specs were same as I requested but the proper optimisation was not done and I was performing very sluggish.
They just combined up all the parts but didnt think of proper optimization and the laptops just perform really average and you still cant to heavy gaming in that. This was really disappointing as I have got the same better optimised laptop at 30000.
They are really not good at assembled laptop so my advice is to just buy their regular ones that are still OK but I feel like I wasted a lot of money on this average laptop.
