Dell sells faulty laptop

The Worst customer service provider, Bought brand new DEll Inspiron 5548 on 25 Dec 2015, from the purchase date wifi was not working, to resolve wifi issue dell support engineer has changed the screen now the screen touch not working, and now he is suggesting to change backpanel, its jus one month and I hav not used the laptop sinve the date of purchase as wifi was not working such a terrible service by dell.


Dell sells the faulty products at Low cost, its always preferable to choose costly laptops than going for cheap faulty dell, which has given me a headache and not ready for the replacement, I have donated INR 52000 to Poorest dell
