No after sale service. The product was alright. We feel safe when dell says it has Accidental warranty . But wen it comes to provide service they will send link of terms and conditions that’s all and they will say we cannot help you.
Just after a month one of the USB separator came out along with the pendrive. I called up dell they said you have done it intentionally damn why would anybody ruin their expensive gadgets don’t know what kinda customer care is there really annoyed of this customer service and never expected this from dell
