I had bought a Dell laptop last year, firstly the salesman showed me a good laptop and then while packing he packed another and when asked about it he just ignored and when I started the laptop in my home it started hanging after installing some apps, what a waste product.
When we called the customer support they said that the laptop is completely all right and now I am not able to install particular important software. So I suggest not to buy the Dell inspiron series. I was to complain about this but couldn’t because I was not knowing about the mouthshut app. So friends never buy a Dell inspiron series.
