And the moment they get those details , they just CUT your call on face
And what do they do with that info ?
Throw away in garbage .
So that this entire cycle of call repeats .
NO ONE IN THAT COMPANY IS INTERESTED IN TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR ISSUES , NO MATTER HOW MUCH EMERGENCY U MAY HAVE . OR NO MATTER HOW OLD CUSTOMER U ARE .
THEY JUST ARE TRAINED TO FILL A FORM AND THEN THROW IT AWAY IN DUSTBIN ! WOW DELL POLICY !!!!!! APPRECIATE IT
