Recently bought a 2nd Desktop on dell.com only because I needed the same development environment at the second location. The offshore service is very poor.The products of dell specially CPU and laptops get heated quickly. But it depends on the model, so maybe some products may be okay. In short, terrible customer support and the product don’t compete in the market.My 2008 Mac is faster then my new Dell. Save a little and buy something better
