Dell laptops after sales services are pathetic. I say this with my personal experience. I have a dell inspiron n4010 14R laptop. The customer care is incompetent, irresponsible and abusive too. After sales service and spare parts are too costly. Their dvd burner is 7000Rs and to top it all the moment your warranty period expires they directly refuse to talk to you on customer care until and unless you pay for the support. No matter how cost affective the laptop they make is.if they cant provide these essential things .its still going to proove costly to you in the end. I say never buy a dell laptop if you are not ok with these situations. Period
