Dell is the largest seller of laptop in india. Basically dell company deals in computer accessories and computer. It is very popular brand which spread all over the world. I also used many products of dell like external hard disk, wireless mouse and keyboard and laptop. The laptop cost is little bit high if you compare this with the same featured laptop of another company. So first thing remember is dell laptop is not very economical.
Once my laptop is little bit working not well and the problem is with its CD drive. I called costumer care he wasted my a lot of time in understanding my problem and he unable to give any solutioon of my laptop on phone call. After 3 days he sent a engineer of dell to my address and he is also unable to understand the problem related to it. He changed the CD ROM with a new. But the problem is still exist with my laptop. After he goes back after too many effort but unable to correct the CD ROM. I called one of my friend who have a very little knowledge of computer hardware and software. He installed a driver of CD ROM and it starts working.
Overall dell engineer don’t know anything related to laptop.
