Dell is no different. Like all other vendors / services they call you multiple times to get the business and then later dont care. I placed an order for a system online. The delivery date was mentioned as a certain date in the order confirmation. It automatically changed later in their system and when I wrote to their customer care asking for an explanation I did not get a response. Dell sucks. They also dont have 24/7 support. I have already paid for the laptop online and hence they can afford to delay responding to me.
