I would like to write this review because I was vert irritate using dell. I purchased Dell Studio 1458 in Aug 2010 in 46000 INR. It is good looking and I heard that the service of dell is excellent. No doubt after sale service is very good, but the product itself is a bunch of issues. After purchasing of 6 months its got overheated and system goes hang.
I complained in dell and they replace the motherboard with heat sing and fan. Few moths later its DVD writer was not worked, I again complained to dell and they replaced the same. But now again its motherboard is getting overheated and the service cotract is expired. When I contact to dell they are not responding and the cost of the motherboard with heat sing they tell is around18000 INR. Now I’m shocked to hear the price and dont know what should I do.
I will not recommend dell to anyone.
