I bought this laptop from an online website in June 2018. When buying this laptop, I get one year warranty from this company. The laptop came to me within 7 days. I use it approximately 5 months then I noticed that the laptop keyboard was not working, then I call these laptop companies customer care. And I call them this laptop keyboard problem I was then informed by customer care, they said me that a a technician would come to my house and repair the laptop. Two days later, a technician come to my house and tried to to repair the laptop. But the technician failed it repair the laptop. And the technician told me that he had to take the laptop to the service centre and then repair it. Then he took the laptop to the service centre and 10 days later the laptop was repaired but after using the laptop 2 for 3 days, The same problem is again.
