Dell support is the worst support centre.the executives are just not competent.
when I called for a keyboard replacement, the call executives crashed my PC by suggesting the wrong options. my PC went into Automatic Repair ( blue screen) .
i had asked them to recommend a service centre, but they kept telling me that I needed to follow their procedure with which I wasted over 2 days.after which they could resolve the issue.and then gave me a service centre no.
To think I brought. a premium laptop because of the support services!
better not to buy DELL. expensive and substandard laptops. they just give u touch screen and compromise on core laptop hardware, like keyboard. also as mentione dabove their service is very mechanical and just give the option he can see on the screen.
