We wanted to buy a tab with calling facility and after reading some reviews, we finally pinned on Dell Venue Tab 7". We failed to see the performance of the tab which cost us our money.
The Dell Venue tab is very slow and is not worth to be released into the market - Not any exageration, I mean it.
My experience in elaboration
1) Many time after clicking an icon or something on the screen. I will doubt If I clicked or not. It will take 10-15 secs to respond.
2) Sometimes the wait is close to 30 secs, after which it will throw the message "App is not Responding" - You want to close? Wait? or Send Crash report?.
This happens for almost every app.
3) Be it Google Chrome or any games or opening a new tab in the browser.
4) When playing a game . Shapes and colors(for my kid), the tab was so slow. that it will hang and raise that error That’App is not responding’
After this fuss, we did some googling(too late, I repent), found that the Dell venue tab 7" is very slow and is an existing issue with this product.
Dont buy this product.
When I went back to the Dell showroom, they suggested me to check the service center for Dell. They told us that the best option will be to replace it with another of the same model, which is useless. So we gave it for an exchange for a better mobile and in the trade we ended up losing some 8k. Dell should not be selling this product.
I lost my trust on DELL after this experience.
