I bought this product and it has run fine. My work was done by this and it is more reliable but one day I turn of my dell vostro and later morning I again wanted to run this but actually doesn’t start I thought the battery charging is completely reduce or empty and start charging with connecting to the charger and then the power light light become started dimming and the laptop battery not charging after a long time of 4 to 5 hour I tried to start my battery but it show a error message of’YOUR BATTERY HAS EXPERIENCED PERMANENT FAILURE AND REPLACE IT’.
So I went to the Dell store, they said me to replace your battery at your battery at cost of 3000 to 3500 Indian rupee.But my warranty of the battery is still running for 3 more days.
But after all I recommended you to buy this product because it is a nice product and pretty good look and compatible with the screen size of 14 inch and the features are very good.
