I have bought Dell Vostro laptop @38000/- within 6 months battery stop working & when I call for service I am asked to buy new battery @5000/- saying battery is not covered under warranty.
Somehow I manage to change the battery with Dell, again after some time screen appears with lots of dots. I have purchase it due to brand name but this is our worst experience with Dell.
Baschandru021y is using cheaper quality product & selling at high price. I strongly recommend not to buy Dell laptop.
