Two negatives for this model. Firstly, the arrow keys are too small and I use my arrow keys A LOT. There’s enough space on the palmrest that could have allowed more space for the keyboard so I’m not sure why this design was chosen. Secondly, the speakers are awkwardly placed on the bottom of the laptop. Though there’s a slight bevel on this section, the audio low and muffled when the device is on your lap or other soft surfaces. It is marketed as a business device(which commonly involves users at a desk) but it’s still a lap-top, right? Everything else about it is great! The narrow borders maximize the viewing area, three USB ports, sturdy materials, very lightweight for maximum portability, and I especially LOVE the dedicated number pad. I think this one will serve me well for a long time.
