Its really a very good laptop. I have bought this last month and its going pretty well . Boots faster . it doesnt have any heating problems. Charges really fast. not heavy as compared to similar ranged laptops.
About Service I don’t think you need the service centre at all but still if you need it then I would like to share that in Kolkata there is lots of Dell service centres and you won’t get a problem finding service centre if you needed
