I bought a dell xps approximately 3yearj ago. The battery went bad causing swelling and the finger pad is damaged. I sent to dell for repairs ( after a long conversation on the phone) two weaks letar they contected me and said they did noy have the prarts and did’t know when they get them. So a laptop less then 3years old has no battery- it can be used with the power card - however it tops over due to no bettery.
