All dell XPS models are same in terms of looks and you can easily operate any dell laptop without any extra knowledge, they have very user friendly design. Because in basic model also you get 1080p display. And it comes with 9 - cell battery which last for long in normal use. It comes with two USB 3.0 port, one HDMI port, one display Port, etc. If a talk about Service and suppot then company provides one you On-Site Support for this laptop,
and dell is very strict about service and support. i’ll give 5 out of 5 for support for dell. You can relay on then for good service.
