DEN BOOMBAND such unprofessional ISP(internet service providers) I havn’t seen. I used DEN BOOMBAND for three months although only after 15 days I got to know that I am going to face a lot of problem but as it was a prepaid plan of months so I have to use it.
It took 15 days for wiring and 2 more days for modem setup after numbers of complaints but this was not all after two days my modem adapter stops working I complaint about it several of times on their customer care number as well as mailed them too but they took 4 days just to change the adapter after that their service not worked for more than 2 weeks in my whole area.have requested for refund, called them, mailed them all I hd to hear is there is some technical problem in your area our team is working on it please wait for sometime.

Hope this information is enough to inform you all that dont even think to invest in such ISP
