For me. the connection speed is fine but they dont process the complaints. Its been 3 days and they didnt shift my connection address though they promised to complete within 24 hours.
The customer care guys are dumb. When they dont have anything to say, they put your call on hold, and after few second your call gets disconnected.
I have made a request on 26-06-2015 for shifting the connection to my new address, and they have accepted the request, and said that it will be done within 24 hours. Today is 28th June, and there is no response from their side.
I have called them so many times, in the customer care, their local operators, their sales executive, and every possible person. But no action was taken by them to fix my problem.I have got 1 month plan, and my days are going in waste.
