This is hands-down the worst broadband i’ve even used in my entire life.
The first thing I hate the most about this broadband is the disconnections. The internet will disconnect just randomly, ranging from several minutes to several hours. This is bad for gamers, I play a lot of ranked matches and this will just disconect and I lose my rank points. This is honestly the worst provider ever. Their customer service is bad, if you call them, they just tell you to wait.
Speed is inconsistent on my 50 mb/ps plan I get 7 mb/ps download speed(rarely), the speed is very bad.
Not reliable ping. For gamers, ping spikes are very common.
Very bad customer service- Their customer service people are literally dumb, they dont know anything if you ask them. They will just tell you to wait, wait and wait.
PLEASE ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS BROADBAND.
